Meal Prayer During Advent

After the candle(s) of the household Advent Wreath are lit all say: Blessed are you, Lord, God of all creation: in the darkness and in the light. Blessed are you in this food and in our sharing. Blessed are you as we wait in joyful hope for the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours, now and forever. Come, Lord Jesus!

Due to Covid-19 restrictions this will be a Christmas like no other. At St. Matthias we will do everything possible to make it an enjoyable, prayerful, and holy experience. However, it will be necessary to do things differently this year. St. Matthias will be celebrating Christmas Eve Eucharist at 3:00pm, 4:30pm, and 6:00pm. Christmas Day Eucharist will be celebrated at 9:00am. All Eucharists will be celebrated in the Parish Center. Unfortunately,  all Eucharists will be restricted to 130 participants.
